about butterfly chats
Butterfly Chats was created to bridge the gap between lived experience and real life support for people living with chronic illness.
Many people with invisible illness are told they look fine, are doing too much, or simply need to push through. Butterfly Chats challenges that narrative by offering space, education, and clarity for those navigating pain, fatigue, flare ups, and uncertainty.
This platform centers social wellness. That includes how illness affects relationships, work, identity, confidence, and daily life. Healing does not happen in isolation. Support matters.
Butterfly Chats believes that awareness leads to empowerment, and empowerment leads to better care, stronger boundaries, and more sustainable living.
