  • about butterfly chats

Butterfly Chats is a social wellness platform that provides education, guidance, and community for people living with chronic illness, chronic pain, and invisible disabilities. Founded by Social Wellness Consultant Latoya Clark, Butterfly Chats helps individuals build confidence, strengthen self-advocacy, and pursue meaningful lives while honoring their health and capacity.

You deserve support that understands the reality of living with chronic illness.

Butterfly Chats was founded on a simple belief:

living with chronic illness should not mean giving up on your dreams, your confidence, or your purpose.

Founded by Latoya Clark, a Social Wellness Consultant, speaker, author, and chronic illness advocate, Butterfly Chats provides education, guidance, and encouragement for people navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, and invisible disabilities.

After years of navigating her own complex health journey, Latoya recognized that many people living with chronic illness needed more than medical appointments. They needed practical support, honest conversations, and someone who understood how illness affects every part of life.

That's why Butterfly Chats focuses on social wellness helping people strengthen the relationships, confidence, communication, and life strategies that make it possible to thrive while managing chronic health conditions.

Whether you're learning to advocate for yourself, rebuilding after a diagnosis, adjusting to changing abilities, or rediscovering your goals, Butterfly Chats offers a place where your experiences are understood and your future is still worth investing in.

Our approach combines lived experience with practical education to help you:

Build confidence after illness changes your life.

    • Advocate for yourself with healthcare providers, employers, and loved ones.
    • Create realistic goals that honor your body's capacity.
    • Develop sustainable routines that support both your health and your purpose.
    • Find encouragement through education, community, and meaningful conversation.
    • At Butterfly Chats, we believe your diagnosis is part of your story, but it does not define your future.

You deserve support that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.

    Our Mission

To educate, encourage, and empower people living with chronic illness by providing practical resources, meaningful conversations, and social wellness strategies that help them build lives that honor both their health and their purpose.

    Our Vision

To create a world where people living with chronic illness feel seen, supported, and equipped to advocate for themselves while pursuing meaningful, fulfilling lives.
